HOW TO ORDER

For make an order is necessary to be over 18 years old

Order Procedure is following:

insert the product into the carriage; complete the order by filling out a special form (hereinafter the "Order Form") that will automatically appear on the video once the selection is made. The Order Form contains the characteristics of the products, their price, the terms and conditions of payment and the costs of shipping; send the order form to Mondokart Racing Srl.

Once the order form is sent, Mondokart Racing will send a notification by email confirming the electronic registration of your order. Upon receipt of such confirmation, the contract will be concluded and the purchase order binding, subject in any case to the successful outcome of the payment.

No information contained in our product sheet may be considered as an offer; it is an invitation to offer and therefore we reserve the possibility of not accepting the order.

PRICES AND PAYMENTS

The prices applicable to each sale are published in conjunction with each single product on the product card in force at the time of purchase. Prices will remain fixed and invariable until a different site update.

Prices are expressed in Euros and are inclusive of VAT if you visit website from Italy or European Union and VAT excluded if you visit website form a country Extra European Union (with activated geolocalization). Prices do not include shipping costs. Any additional charges (taxes, taxes, etc.) will be reported separately along with the price.

WARRANTY

Each product is covered by warranty for defects or defects according to the modalities and the terms specifically specified. Should any defects and / or defects in the product be detected, they must report them within 8 days of discovery by written notice by mail to [email protected].

Mondokart also disclaims any liability for any changes to the product's features or packings by the manufacturer.
The photographs are indicative and, for technical reasons, may present the product in a way that does not exactly fit the reality.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with Legislative Decree no. 185/1999, you have the right to withdraw, without specifying any reason, from the sales contract. Save exclusion cases indicated,the right can be exercised within 14 days of receipt of the product by written communication sent by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt indicating the intention to withdraw from the contract.

According to Legislative Decree 185/99, the right of withdrawal is excluded for the contracts referred to in Article 5 (3), with particular reference to the supply of audiovisual products or sealed computer software, where the opening of 'original packaging.

If you intend to exercise the right of withdrawal, you will need to return the product - intact, unused and in its original packaging (including packing, manuals, etc.) at your own expense - at our address above, within and not after the deadline of 14 solar days from the date of receipt of the product (the date of the postal delivery date is valid), with parcel insured in free port. Otherwise, the right of withdrawal will not be considered applicable.

According to the art. 59 of the Consumer Code the right of withdrawal is not applicable in case of purchase of customized or tuned products (eg customized suits, pistons / cylinders / carburetors / conrods prepared etc.).

The right of withdrawal is not applicable in case of purchase of products not in stock, as these products will be ordered by Mondokart Racing at the supplier upon receipt of the order paid by the customer (eg, fire retardant clothing, frames, complete engines, etc.).

In no case will the parcels be withdrawn in the mark or in the port assigned.

In case of withdrawal, the sums previously paid, excluding the shipping costs, by the buyer for the returned product will be re-accredited by bank transfer within 30 days from the date of the notice of exercise of the right of withdrawal.
The buyer will be responsible for providing the banking coordinates on which the wire transfer (ABI code, CAB, buyer's current account) will be delivered promptly.
Failure to comply with the above terms and conditions implies the ineffectiveness of the withdrawal.

Attention: in the case of payment with Paypal, if a refund is requested, this refund will be reduced by 5% for the management of the return and refund of Paypal commissions (which are not reimbursed by Paypal to the seller)

GENUINE PRODUCTS AND DESCRIPTIONS

On our website is possible to found GENUINE products and compatible produts (NOT GENUINE)

Genuine products are only the products that have written into title, sub-title and description those words: GENUINE or ORIGINAL. If those words are not into description, products have to be considered NOT GENUINE.

Online dispute resolution for consumers

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

DELIVERY

The products are delivered by Express Courier with a minimum time of 24h depending on the area for which the shipment is intended.

It is the exclusive task of Mondokart Racing to select the appropriate and most convenient express courier once the customer's order has been received and accepted (or paid).

It is not possible from the customer to select a specific express courier.

For shipments of orders to non-EEC countries, any customs charges will be totally charged to the customer.
