Brand new and innovative clutch kit for all TM engines with gearbox (K8, K9, K9B, K9C, KZ10, KZ10B, KZ10C, KZ R-1, KZ R2).
Produced by EVR, entirely in Italy with high quality standards, this clutch improves and makes driving safer, avoiding the loss of grip of the rear wheels during the downshift phase.
How does it work?
A cam fixed to the hub (with ramps more or less inclined with respect to the axis of the gear shaft), under the thrust of the rear wheels, presses on the rollers housed in the pressure plate which is raised up to overcome the load of the primary springs, allowing the slipping of the clutch discs.
Once the thrust of the rear wheels has ceased, the pressure plate returns to its working position and the clutch transmits the drive torque to the wheels again.
The simplicity of this mechanism does not wear the parts in contact, guarantees a long life of the clutch plates and prevents breakage of the gearbox.
The intervention of the engine brake can be customized by changing the number and load of the secondary springs (supplied in the kit).
Supplied without clutch disks (lined and smooth), which can be purchased separately and mounted in the same quantity as the original clutch
