Slipper Clutch Kit TM KZ R3 - NEW!

Slipper clutch kit for TM KZ R3 engines, developed by EVR and entirely manufactured in Italy to high quality standards.

Designed to improve rear-end stability when entering corners, this clutch helps reduce rear wheel hopping during aggressive downshifting, making driving smoother, more controlled and safer.

The system operates when reverse torque is generated between the rear wheels and the engine during downshifting. In this condition, the mechanism allows controlled clutch disc slip, helping align engine and wheel speed while reducing the risk of wheel lock, over-revving and excessive stress on the gearbox.

When the reverse force stops, the pressure plate returns to its working position and the clutch resumes normal torque transmission.

Operation
❖ A cam fixed to the hub works through ramps inclined to the gearbox shaft axis
❖ In reverse torque conditions, the cam acts on the rollers housed in the pressure plate
❖ The pressure plate lifts until it overcomes the load of the primary springs
❖ The clutch discs can slip in a controlled way
❖ Once the rear wheel force ends, the clutch returns to normal torque transmission
