I am extremely satisfied with performance of Mondokart shop, ordered Suit and Boots I couldn't find for a long time in Dubai. With regular Fedex it was shipped 23 Oct and estimated delivery to Dubai was 29 Oct, actual delivery was two days later, 31 Oct 2026. 3 or so days it was consolidating ar Fedex hub in France.
Small comments: I paid around 227 aed (75-85 USD) for customs charges, it also included 50 aed which Fedex paid to expedite the delivery, but I didnt authorize them for this. So, its always better if customers are first contacted by Fedex and asked for confirmation they are ok for this surcharge. Overall comparing to the cost of my order ots pranuts and I immediately paid all charges, and happily received in same model, size and color as ordered, so all went perfect.
One small comment also - it was a little bit slow process for me to respond on site webform as per the link in Modnokart email notifications, I understand this is possibly due to how CRM set up, but for customers its a little bit tiresome to reply on the form filling some fields and not just clicking Reply in the Outlook. Also, got auto notification that one item is still in my basket but not ordered and advised that a one time promotion is granted, about the cost of delivery (25-35 eur), but when I clicked on my carr and tried to check out, nothing appeared (no promotion), sp I just left it and was not willing to contact via use of webform again. This case is for management - where you might not be grtting some revenue just becuase of small issues which are easy to fix.
Overall, great shop and great team.
Thank you, Mondokart, hope to have a loyalty discount on my next orders.
