Carburetor Dellorto PHBG 18mm tuned by Mondokart Racing for all 60cc engines Mini!

New version with screw-in ferrule, replaces the previous version which had lid closure with two screws, making the adjustment of the conical needle and the connection of the accelerator cable much faster. This version can be used in all leagues as the old version, with a two-lid closure, is no longer produced by Dellorto.

The proper function of a high performance 2-stroke powerplant depends on a perfectly cleaned and tuned carburetor. A carb is made up of many small passages and parts. A tiny piece of debris lodged in a jet or a tube can ruin a race.

Tuning consists in checking and eventually working all ducts are free of imperfections for maximum reliability and accuracy of carburetion, and air/fuel hydrodinamic optimization into passages.

A specific jets kit for the average outside temperature of use requested by the customer and the type of engine will also be mounted.
