Intake Silencer (Air Filter) – NITRO – KG

The KG NITRO intake silencer is the result of significant investment in research and development, aimed at achieving the best possible balance between performance, build quality and airflow efficiency. KG carried out extensive internal research using CFD analysis and worked in collaboration with a specialized laboratory focused on airflow testing of intake systems for internal combustion engines, optimizing pressure loss and overall performance.

All internal components of the NITRO are completely new, developed from scratch with no reuse of existing parts or solutions. This approach reflects KG’s determination to create a genuinely innovative product, prioritizing performance and quality over low production costs, which are not part of the philosophy behind the NITRO project.

The intake silencer is supplied in a premium-quality package and includes a complete water protection cover, with bushings and spring pins, designed for quick and easy installation when used in wet conditions.

The KG NITRO is available in 23 mm and 30 mm intake trumpet versions, making it suitable for different classes and engine configurations.
