Designed for those with limited budgets, the LPM900 portable sander represents a valid alternative to manual chucks to be applied to portable or bench drills.
In fact, although it is not a sander complete with all the technical features, it still has the fundamental characteristics to obtain excellent results and therefore represents a good solution for sanding mainly motorcycle and kart cylinders.
The foot switch for operating the motor, the presence of a side lever which allows the release of the expansion to facilitate the insertion of the cylinder into the sander, the ring nut for expanding the abrasives placed in a favorable position ensure that the machine is very simple to use.
The sanding oil recovery tank is an integral part of the structure and has a capacity of 5 litres.
The refrigerant oil is fed by a mechanical pump connected to the engine by means of a duly sized O-ring.
The cooling system is completed with two removable splash panels.
As well as in the workshop, the small size makes it easy to transport on vans for use on the track too.
The engine is powered by 220 Volt Single Phase, which can therefore be operated from common domestic voltage or with a normal petrol or diesel generator.
