The Tony Kart Racer 401 T – DD2 represents the most advanced evolution of Tony Kart’s flagship chassis dedicated to the DD2 category, combining design continuity, technical innovation, and a winning DNA built over years of international success.

The structure is entirely made of Ø 30 mm chrome-molybdenum steel tubing, ensuring rigidity, driving precision, and a wide range of setup options. Ride height, stiffness via torsion bars, as well as extensive camber and caster adjustment are possible thanks to the multi-hole eccentric bushings with integrated uniball.

Winning DNA and continuous development

The Racer 401 has always been the benchmark of the Tony Kart range, boasting an impressive record in world championships and international competitions. The “T” version was born from close collaboration between the OTK Kart Group R&D department and the Tony Kart Racing Team, with the goal of preserving the historic qualities of the chassis while integrating more advanced technical solutions.

M11 bodywork kit – Advanced aerodynamic efficiency

The Racer 401 T – DD2 is equipped with the M11 bodywork kit, developed using CFD simulations and wind tunnel testing. The new front spoiler and M11 nose cone ensure a significant reduction in aerodynamic drag, improving performance and on-track stability. The package is completed by the M10 side pods and rear bumper, as well as a full-coverage floor tray, maximizing overall aerodynamic efficiency. The whole setup is enhanced by a newly designed sticker kit, faithful to Tony Kart’s identity.

BWZ braking system – Maximum control in DD2

For the DD2 category, the Racer 401 T adopts the BWZ braking system, designed to deliver power, modulation, and consistent performance even under the most demanding conditions. Advanced heat dissipation solutions applied to the calipers and master cylinder reduce temperatures and brake fluid stress.
The system is available with a 180 mm or 206 mm rear brake disc.

Customizable driving position

The chassis retains the OTK multi-adjustable aluminum pedals and the angled steering wheel hub, allowing for a highly customizable driving position. The HGS steering wheel, featuring a high-grip rubber coating, reduces driver fatigue and improves control, adapting to all body types.

DD2 version specifics

The DD2 version of the Racer 401 T incorporates all the updates of the Shifter version, with one exclusive feature:
🔵 New dedicated exhaust mount, removable and specifically designed for DD2 engines, ensuring efficient and functional installation.
